Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cafe Jack, all orders are freshly prepared and delivered on-demand using Lalamove.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within selected areas of Bangkok. Availability depends on your location and delivery partner coverage.

Delivery Times

• Orders are prepared fresh after confirmation
• Estimated delivery time: 30–90 minutes
• Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and rider availability

Delivery Partner

We use Lalamove for fast, same-day delivery. Once your order is dispatched, it is handled directly by the assigned driver.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Distance from our kitchen
• Real-time Lalamove pricing

Order Tracking

You may receive a tracking link or driver details once your order is assigned. Please ensure you are available to receive your order at the provided delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

If the driver is unable to complete delivery due to:

• Incorrect address
• No one available to receive the order
• Unable to contact customer

The order may be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Food Quality & Responsibility

We pack all orders carefully to maintain quality during delivery. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery driver, responsibility transfers to the delivery partner.
