The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information for all purchases and account use.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and accepted.

Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

All purchases are for personal use only.

Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are freshly prepared and delivered using third-party delivery partners, including Lalamove and Grab.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or rider availability.

Once your order is handed to the delivery partner:

  • Title and risk pass to you
  • Cafe Jack is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Being available to receive your order

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order may be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, images, and materials are owned by Cafe Jack or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools. These are provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not responsible for their use.

Cafe Jack operates independently. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions between you and Cafe Jack.

SECTION 26 - PERISHABLE GOODS

All food products are perishable and intended for immediate consumption.

By ordering, you acknowledge:

  • Food may vary in temperature and presentation upon arrival
  • Delivery conditions may affect quality
  • You are responsible for storage and consumption after delivery

We do not guarantee food will arrive at a specific temperature.

SECTION 27 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All food orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect, damaged, or missing items), you must contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos where applicable

We may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

For non-food items, issues must be reported within 7 days.

SECTION 28 – ALLERGENS AND FOOD SAFETY

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Nuts
  • Soy
  • Wheat (gluten)
  • Shellfish

We do not operate in an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and assessing any dietary restrictions or allergies
  • Cafe Jack is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consumption of our products

If you have severe allergies, we recommend not ordering from Cafe Jack.

SECTION 29 – FOOD CONSUMPTION AND HEALTH

All food is prepared in accordance with standard food safety practices. However, by purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Food must be consumed promptly after delivery
  • Improper storage or delayed consumption may increase the risk of spoilage
  • Individual reactions to food may vary

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafe Jack is not liable for:

  • Illness, food poisoning, or adverse health effects arising from consumption of our products
  • Issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or delayed consumption after delivery
