During the cooler seasons, small trucks travel through neighbourhoods selling freshly roasted sweet potatoes, filling the air with a warm, sweet aroma. People buy them wrapped in paper and enjoy them straight from the oven โ€” simple, nourishing, and deeply satisfying.

This appreciation for the ingredient itself inspired us.
